Requirements for corporations:

Copy of the company’s articles of incorporation
Copy of the commercial license
Certificate from Public Registry (not older than 3 months)
Copy of personal identification card for each one of (a) Legal Representative, (b) President, (c) Secretary, and (d) Treasurer of the board of directors
Financial Statements or last 2 income tax return statements (*)
Valid National Tax Payment Receipt and CSS Tax Payment Receipt (*)
Resolution of the Board of Directors (in letterhead of the company)
Certified true copies of the invoices or accounts with their respective purchase orders
Credit application

(* if it is a government related transaction)

Requirements for individuals:

Copy of the commercial license
Copy of the personal identification card of the commercial license owner
Copy of the last income tax return statement
Valid National Tax Payment Receipt (*)
Copies of utility receipts (water, light, telephone) and rent of the commercial license owner
Three personal references (preferably family, with telephone)
Credit application
