On Line Banking
The services offered through On Line Banking (Aliado Xpress) are the following:
A. Consultations on:
Checking Accounts:
It allows the verification of balances and movements in all the affiliated checking accounts of any given client as well as to print the respective statements of account. At any particular instance, you may consult retroactively up to 24 months.
Savings Accounts:
It allows the verification of balances and movements in all the affiliated checking accounts of any given client as well as to print the respective statements of account. At any particular instance, you may consult retroactively up to 24 months.
Deposits:
It allows the verification of balances and terms of all the active fixed term deposits of any given client as well as to print the pertinent information. Cancelled deposits cannot be consulted.
Documentary Credits:
It allows the verification of balances and terms of all the active documentary credits of any given client as well as to print the pertinent information. Cancelled documentary credits cannot be consulted.
Documentary Collections:
It allows the verification of balances and terms of all the active documentary collections of any given client as well as to print the pertinent information. Cancelled documentary collections can not be consulted.
Loans:
It allows the verification of balances and terms of all the active loans of any given client as well as to print the pertinent information. Cancelled loans can not be consulted.B. Applications for:
- Manager’s Checks
- Drafts
- Checkbooks
- Payment of loans
Those applications received up to 1:00 p.m. on any given working day are processed on that same day.
Those applications received after 1:00 p.m. are processed, at the latest, before the end of the next working day.
C. Transfers of funds to and from Banco Aliado affiliated accounts:
It allows the user to transfer funds among all his/her Banco Aliado affiliated accounts. The transfer requests received up to 4:00 p.m. are registered at the moment they are received. Those transfer requests received after 4:00 p.m. shall be registered on the following working day.
D. Messages:
It allows the user to send messages and access all the different departments of the Bank, for consultation.
Regarding all the aforementioned services (A, B, C and D) the client is offered the option to print, from his own computer, any given transaction, statement of account, or other desired documentation.
