Banco Aliado, S.A., aware of the importance of both the personal and financial information of our clients and users, has adopted the following Privacy Policies aimed to protect the undue use of any such information:

1. Our clients’ general or personal information is utilized exclusively for internal purposes of the Bank.

2. Our policies strictly forbid the sharing or disclosure of said financial or personal information with third parties not affiliated to the Bank, for the marketing of their services and products.  The aforementioned information may only be shared among our own subsidiaries and affiliates, which carry out financial activities.

 

3. We only share our clients’ personal information pursuant to judicial requests, enquiries from credit bureaus, or as per specific instructions from our client.

4. We carefully maintain the integrity of the information provided to us by our clients and users.

 

5. The established Privacy Policy may be amended at any given time, provided the Bank considers it necessary.  Therefore, our clients must periodically examine these Policies.

6. Each time our clients or users access our web page, he/she automatically accepts its contents, including the currently applied Privacy Policies.
