We have cryptographic security, at 128bits data codification, a standard international level protocol. In this way we ascertain that the information traveling between your computer and the Bank’s server, can not be deciphered by third parties. This cryptographic technology allows a secure transmission of information via Internet.


Certification
Our web site has a digital security certificate issued by VeriSign, leading American certifying company, provider of electronic security for Internet services. The VeriSign certificates are the worldwide standard to allow the authentication of the Web servers and the cryptographic processing of the data exchanged among them.


Authentication
Each time you access our @liado Xpress site, you shall be required a user’s number and a password. These constitute a unique access key which authenticates you as the pertinent client you are, and authorizes you to see and handle your data, pursuant to your own profile.


Users Profiles
Our On Line Banking system is fully capable of handling users’ profiles, which provide different levels of authorization for the handling of consultations, individual accounts, and corporate accounts administration.

There are other measures which you may adopt to protect and secure your on line personal information.



Recommendations to protect yourself when using your debit or credit cards
  • Always keep your debit or credit card in a secure place.
  • When inserting your secret password, make sure that no one sees the password.
  • If you lose your card, inform us immediately so that we may block it.
  • Do not write your secret password in the card or in any easily accessible document.
  • If you can not complete your transaction, annul the same by clicking the "CANCEL" key.
  • Always examine the slot where you will introduce your card to verify that there is no strange object or material adhered to it.
  • Never lose sight of your card when carrying out transactions in commercial establishments, and call us immediately if you notice any odd manipulation of it.
  • Verify your purchase receipts against your statements of account and inform us whenever there is a difference.
  • Make sure that your card is returned to you upon conclusion of any given transaction.
  • Never disclose via telephone your account or card number or your password, even if you are informed that the call is from a bank or financial institution.
  • Your password is personal and confidential. None of our employees shall ever request this information.
